Research Interests and Activities

• Thesis: Changes in aquatic invertebrate biodiversity in areas affected by the invasive aquatic plant Variable Milfoil (Myriophyllum heterophyllum)
• Mapping of aquatic plant communities on the Squam Lakes
• Water quality monitoring in the Squam Lakes and tributaries
• Squam Lakes Weedwatcher & Water Quality volunteer coordinator

Stacy works as a Research Associate for the Squam Lakes Association (SLA) in Holderness, NH. This position is jointly funded through a partnership between the SLA and the Center for the Environment.
